The Winter 2004 Issue of the International Review of Research in Open and Distance Learning is now online.
Published by Canada’s Athabasca University, this issue begins by announcing the birth of the Canadian Institute of Distance Education Research (CIDER), the research arm of the Centre for Distance Education at the university.
CIDER Press published Theory and Practice of Online Learning by Terry Anderson and Fathi Elloumi, available as both an Adobe Acrobat PDF file (complete or as individual chapters) and HTML chapters.
